A: General Terms of Business

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2.3 "Services" refer to the provision of computer repair and support.

3. Services

3.1 The Company agrees to provide the Services to the Client in accordance with these terms and conditions

3.2 The scope of the Services will be detailed in the quote or web order.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue by bank transfer, credit card or paypal.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend Services if payment is not received by the due date.

5. Client Obligations

5.1 The Client must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Company to perform the Services.

5.2 The Client agrees to cooperate with the Company, providing access to any required premises, equipment, or systems.

5.3 The Client must not use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights in materials provided by the Company as part of the Services remain with the Company.

6.2 The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for the purpose intended.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Both parties agree to keep all information obtained from the other party confidential and only use it for the purpose of performing the Services.

7.2 Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Liability

8.1 The Company will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Services.

8.2 The Company's total liability to the Client in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for the Services by giving 30 days written notice to the other party.

9.2 The Company may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches these terms and conditions.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or government action.

IT support plans

1. Basis

All plans are offered on a 'best endeavours' basis. No service level agreement applies.

2. Minimums & payment

A minimum charge of £20 per month per site applies, paid annually, in advance, by credit card, paypal or bank transfer.

3.Acceptable equipment

Acceptance onto a support plan is subject to a satisfactory site survey and the resolution of any serious outstanding issues.

4,Operating hours and logging procedures

Standard hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. To report an issue, please email, use the web portal or call. We will endeavor to resolve any reported problems within 2 working hours.

C: jurisdiction and Governing Law

1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2 Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Changes to Terms and Conditions

3.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to the Client in writing.

3.2 Continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
